The majority of house sales (163) were in the £350,000 - £500,000 range. Then came properties in the £500,000 - £650,000 range, where 120 were sold within this price bracket.

Excluding fall throughs, properties are taking an average of 78 days to sell (from being listed to completion) and the average difference between asking and sold prices is £-16,899 (-2%).

In Nov 2025, there were 79 new estate agency instructions, 50 agreed home sales and 39 property price reductions.

From a statistical perspective, we use the least squares method to fit the trend line and weights are equal to the volume of sales squared. The volume of sales is not shown explicitly in the above plot. Also note the time lag for HM Land Registry data to appear (typically 2 to 3 months).
