Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to our operations manager (Claire Light), your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Being the first port of call for clients querying our services + building good rapport;
  • Dealing with leads in a timely manner (including handling out of hours calls / messages / emails);
  • Ensuring quick call backs;
  • Helping clients choose the best route to ensure a quick sale of their property (sell house fast for cash / auction / estate agency sales);
  • Negotiating and developing ‘win-win’ sales outcomes;
  • Conducting online property valuations (underwriting) and liaising with office management;
  • Liaising with existing key partners as well as developing new strategic partnerships (buying / selling) to help develop the business;
  • Regularly exceeding pre-set targets on sale completions;
  • Being a brand ambassador and representative of the company across the sales funnel and beyond.

Key Skill Requirements / Competencies

  • A proven and highly successful sales background preferably in estate agency, professional homebuying / auctions (residential and/or commercial);
  • Hardworking and conscientious;
  • Property-related degree a bonus but not essential;
  • Self-motivated and disciplined / close attention to detail;
  • Property related degree a bonus but not essential;
  • Experience in RICS Red Book valuations preferred;
  • Accustomed to and thrives within high-pressure environments;
  • Problem-solving skills, good at handling objections and a keen eye for detail;
  • Empathetic to complex and often highly personal situations;
  • Excellent time management skills and ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Experience in residential / commercial property valuations preferable;
  • Knowledge of key property investment principles (trading and buy-to-let).

Salary

£25,000 basic and £45,000+ OTE per annum

Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an A-player marketer to take on management and responsibility of Property Solvers’ digital marketing strategy.

This requires the deployment and management of funds and activities on all digital marketing channels and coordination with the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to co-director Ruban Selvanayagam this will be a performance-based role

  • Pay per Click marketing strategies (principally Google Ads and Facebook)
  • White Hat Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Digital Public Relations (PR);
  • Organic social media / public speaking;
  • Brand endorsement;
  • Business dvelopment (building partnerships with industry peers);
  • Email marketing / audience building;
  • Exploring / implementing other marketing ideas

Key Skill Requirements / Competencies

  • Oversee paid advertising management / media buying and comfortably exceed ROAS targets;
  • Reporting and analysis to company management to demonstrate effective ROI;
  • Proven experience of agency and/or in-house digital marketing management;
  • Keen interest in property / UK housing / house buying + selling;
  • Explore new online / offline media and brand awareness opportunities;
  • Develop and integrate content marketing / authority building strategies;
  • Editorial management (blog / article / guest post production);
  • Manage contact database and assist with lead generation activities (including regular communication with sales managers);
  • Strategic, fast-paced, creative, clear communicator, efficient, excellent, follow-through, detail-oriented, proactive, managerial skills

Salary

£25,000 basic and £50,000+ OTE per annum (ROAS led commission structure)
