The majority of house sales (251) were in the £152,000 - £194,000 range. Then came properties in the £110,000 - £152,000 range, where 189 were sold within this price bracket.

Excluding fall throughs, properties are taking an average of 68 days to sell (from being listed to completion) and the average difference between asking and sold prices is £-8,096 (-2%).

In May 2025, there were 270 new estate agency instructions, 235 agreed home sales and 150 property price reductions.
