You may know of some of the main estate agents in Liverpool – Jones & Chapman, Venmore, Reeds Rains, Acumen, Hunters, Martin & Co. are some examples.
Once signed up, you’ll often be tied into a minimum contract of 3 months. Your property will then be advertised to prospective buyers, mainly through the online portals like Rightmove and Zoopla.
Provided your property appeals, people will start booking in viewings. With most agents, these are often held on weekdays (with some exceptions at weekends).
