The majority of house sales (313) were in the £280,000 - £420,000 range. Then came properties in the £420,000 - £560,000 range, where 287 were sold within this price bracket.

Excluding fall throughs, properties are taking an average of 67 days to sell (from being listed to completion) and the average difference between asking and sold prices is £-20,495 (-2%).

In May 2025, there were 310 new estate agency instructions, 213 agreed home sales and 189 property price reductions.
