May, who has a background in tech for estate agencies, discussed his latest venture, My SSTC, which aims to make properties contract-ready before they are marketed. This approach can save a minimum of three weeks off the post Memorandum of Sale and reduce the number of sales that fall through. The company uses a unique property reference number to create a single URL for all properties being transacted, allowing all relevant information to be accessed in one place. May is currently seeking feedback from stakeholders in the industry to refine the system.
